We are currently looking for a technical manager for a 6-month assignment on behalf of our client, starting immediately.

About the assignmentThe assignment is a consulting position via Bemannia, starting immediately and lasting until the end of June. The position is full-time and you will be based at the unit's office in Stockholm.

The role is central to the client's management operations and gives you the opportunity to work broadly with the technical status of properties, long-term maintenance, and regulatory requirements. As a technical manager, you will provide qualified support to the management organization and be a key person in matters concerning property owner responsibilities and technical assessments.

Your responsibilities

Your role includes planning, coordinating, and following up on regulatory requirements and the property owner's self-checks, for example in areas such as OVK and radon. You are responsible for ensuring that any remedial orders are handled and that documentation requirements are met.

As a technical manager, you also act as an internal purchaser and are responsible for planned maintenance projects from initiation to completed action. You will lead simpler projects with a limited procurement process and support the project organization during renovation projects as well as, when needed, in new construction as a representative from management.

The client's residential areas are important meeting places, and in your assignment, you contribute to taking care of the client's buildings in the best way and creating long-term sustainable and safe living environments for the tenants.

Your qualifications

• Several years of experience in technical management and good knowledge of property management

• University degree with a focus on building technology

• Experience in project management and/or procurement functions

• Good knowledge of construction and installation technology

• Strong negotiation skills

• Knowledge of contract law as well as regulatory requirements and property owner responsibilities

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
